In this rotation I had 3 projects that I was assigned to do. Design and engrave a notebook cover, laser engrave a water bottle, and cut out parts on cardboard to a 3D project that we found on Thingiverse. The easiest project was the one found on Thingiverse because it comes in a file that ready to cut. To cut out my notebook cover I had specific dimensions I had to keep my design in on Illustrator. Then I could cut it out on the laser. For the water bottle it was like the notebook I had to put a certain picture into the specific dimensions and then use the rotating holder to engrave my bottle in the laser. Then after screwing in the cap my bottle was complete.
Making Each Project
Notebook
For the notebook cover and back cover we were provided with the dimensions of the rectangle that we could design our cover in. I didn't really know what I wanted on it but I came to a conclusion and put a picture of a GT-R on the front cover and a picture of Rick and Morty on the back cover.

Water Bottle
Designing the water bottle was pretty much the same as the notebook because we were told how big our image we wanted on the bottle could be and then we just had to find an image and put it into the right dimensions so it could be engraved into our water bottle. I choose to put images of basketball players on mine.

Thingiverse
Our last project was the easiest because we just had to find something on Thingiverse that we wanted to cut out and it had to be pieces that we could put together and then be 3D after assembling all the pieces. I choose a fruit bowl i found on Thingiverse.
